Durham would like to congratulate a former player, Austin Dennis (Aussie), who played on our Championship winning team in 2005, on winning a Junior All Ireland medal with Dublin this summer.

The Powerscreen Sevens were a great success this year with great displays of football from both the local teams and those teams that travelled here for the weekend. In the Junior Mens division, the St. Mikes 'B' team took home the gold watches, beating the Cayman Islands in the final. In the Ladies, A mixed Ottawa/Durham squad lost to Clan na Gael, who were here from Dublin. Finally in the Senior Mens division, St. Mikes completed the double with a win over Durham.

The time and dates for our new Fall / Winter program have been finalised. It will run on Tuesday nights 7.30pm - 8.30pm for 23 weeks beginning September 30th until April 28th. As always it will be divided into three age groups (5-7) (8-11) (12-16). Each week will we have two age groups playing only so one age group will not be playing. Download the schedule with the dates each group will be playing.

Championship comes to an end for Durham PDF Print E-mail

Durham loose out to Ottawa in this years Senior Men's Championship while Michael Cusacks beat Durham Ladies in the semi-finals. Ottawa now play St. Mikes in final while Cusacks take on Ottawa in the Ladies.
