The Durham Robert Emmets G.F.C. was formed in 1989 as a sports club dedicated to the promotion, education and enjoyment of traditional Irish games and culture in the region of Durham, located just outside of Toronto.

Our club is one of the few within our association to have mens, ladies, and minor/youth (under 18 boys & girls) teams or programs. Our mens and ladies teams participate in leagues run by the Toronto Gaelic Athletic Association. Our season runs from May to mid September approximately. Ther teams based all across the greater Toronto area, from Durham to Brampton with clubs from Ottawa and Montreal also participating. Our games are usually played on Sundays at Centennial Park in Etobicoke.
